Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 12pm, and closed Sunday.

Premium brands including Santa Cruz, Yeti, Transition and Tern, with commuter and cargo e-bikes from Tern and components from the likes of Shimano and SRAM.

Yes. The shop ships parts and accessories nationwide and can freight bikes, though Northride bike orders are arranged in store.

Yes. It is a workshop-first shop with a fully-equipped in-house workshop handling everything from routine servicing to complex repairs and custom builds.

You check eligibility in the Northride app, choose a commuter e-bike in store, and your employer approves the order. You then pay from your pre-tax salary over 24 months and save 25%+, as long as the bike is used mainly for commuting to work.
