How do you process a Northride sale
Customer visits
An employee from a Northride-enrolled employer visits your store looking to use their bike benefit.
You raise a quote
Log in to the Northride shop portal and raise a quote for the customer's chosen bike or e-bike.
Employer approves
The employer approves the benefit order through their Northride dashboard. This usually takes one to two business days.
Customer collects
The employee collects their bike. Use this visit to cross-sell accessories, servicing plans, helmets, and apparel - all at full retail margin.
Northride pays you
Northride pays your invoice directly. No chasing the employer, no payment delays, no admin overhead.
You grow your business
A Northride customer doesn't stop at the bike. Expect them back for servicing, accessories, and to tell other cyclists about your shop.
